RealAccount is a freeware plugin for MS Outlook XP and 2003.

purpose is to enhance Outlook accounts handling, with the ability to choose preferred account and signature for each defined mail folder.

by default, user has to manually select preferred account and signature when composing an Correo electrónico. RealAccount automates the process allowing you to define specific account and signature for each mail folder, plus other useful settings such as message format and the ability to mark all messages read.

RealAccount works by enabling a set of options at folder level. options, which can be inherited from the parent, are preferred Account, preferred Signature, signature on top or bottom, message format (text, html) and the ability to mark all folder messages as read.
