Empire Deluxe Internet Edition is the revival of the classic turn-based strategy game Empire Deluxe originally by Mark Baldwin and Bob Rakosky, based on Walter Bright's game Empire, Wargame of the Century. The inspiration for many other Juegos, Empire Deluxe was released in the early 1990s. Even though it has been out of print for many years, there is still an active fan base participating in tournaments and ladders. It is also still on Gamespy's list of all time greatest Juegos.

Empire Deluxe Internet Edition is abstract global warfare on a strategic scale. With three different game levels to play, players can fight computer or human opponents (Hot Seat/Internet/Email) using Infantry, Armor, Fighters, Bombers, Transports, Subs, Destroyers, Cruisers, Battleships and Aircraft Carriers to explore, fight, and control the cities on a map.

This Versión of Empire Deluxe has been upgraded to work on the modern day Microsoft Windows Operating Systems (95, 98, ME, 2000, XP). It also has new Gráficos which you can edit and change, as well as a host of other configuration enhancements.

When random Mapas are not enough, Empire Deluxe Internet Edition also comes with a map and scenario editor from which hundreds of user made Mapas and scenarios have already been created.
