DocMoto is an Internet ready, multi-user document and file management Sistema.

Fully integrated into Window's native file manager, Windows Explorer, DocMoto is as simple to work with as a network drive. Users can drag and drop files in and out of a DocMoto repository using familiar windows interfaces. Anybody who has ever copied a file from a digital camera to a Escritorio PC has enough skill to use DocMoto.

A standards based WebDAV server, DocMoto repositories can be accessed internally or via the Internet, making them ideal for both internal and externally based staff, customers or clients.

Powerful full text or content searching is supplied, with users being able to search on a file's contents as well as just the file name. As standard all Microsoft Office file formats can be searched, other file types are also supported.

Files can also be searched by user definable meta data such as author, subject, project or case.

DocMoto supports a comprehensive revision control Sistema, with complete file check in and check out controls. A complete file audit trail is provided with a full revision history being viewable.

Users can readily keep track of files they are working with through the My Files feature. Sistema administrators are also provided with full details on the files currently undergoing revision.

Full access control is supported through a sophisticated group based Seguridad model.

A powerful change notification feature allows users to subscribe to files and folders they are interested in.

Support for third party scanning software and reporting Herramientas is also provided through DocMoto's free of charge File Transfer Utilidad.

Complete with an import facility for large file volumes, DocMoto supports a choice of data storage technologies including Microsoft SQL Server.
